04 Sep CYSEC Qatar 2026 to focus on Qatar’s cybersecurity strategy
CYSEC Qatar 2026 is set to bring together senior cybersecurity and technology leaders in Doha on 8–9 September, with the summit focusing on the challenges and priorities shaping Qatar’s cybersecurity strategy.
The two-day event, hosted at the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, is the 22nd global edition of CYSEC GLOBAL and will bring together CISOs, CIOs, cybersecurity executives and IT/OT security leaders.
The closed-door summit will address a number of key areas for organisations operating in Qatar, including cloud security, incident response and recovery, threat intelligence sharing, and the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in cyber defence.
The programme is expected to bring together representatives from government, finance, transport, education, technology and other sectors. Organisations represented among the speakers and delegates include Qatar’s Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Interior, Qatar Financial Centre Authority, Qatar University, Qatar Airways, Qatar Post, Vodafone, HSBC, Google Cloud and Qatar Red Crescent Society.
The event will also have a focus on the security of operational technology (OT), with OT Security Professionals joining as a partner. Cyber Talents will host the CYSEC Capture the Flag (CTF) challenge as part of the event.
CYSEC Qatar 2026 is supported by the Arab Association for Cyber Security, CREST and Women in Cyber Security Middle East. Mannai Technologies Networking & ELV is the official host partner, while a number of cybersecurity and technology companies, including TXOne Networks, Google Cloud Security, Delinea, Exabeam and Censys, are sponsoring the summit.
The event comes as organisations across the region continue to contend with increasingly complex cyber threats while expanding their use of cloud services, AI and connected technologies.
