Alphasense releases its upgraded Long-Life LFO2 Oxygen Sensor series

Alphasense has officially launched its re-engineered Long-Life LFO2 Oxygen Sensor series, marking an exciting development for industries that rely on precise oxygen measurement.

This latest range promises improved reliability and versatility, catering to various critical applications.

The LFO2 series introduces three specialised models tailored to meet diverse sensing needs: the LFO2-A1 measures oxygen concentrations from 0-30 per cent, making it an ideal choice for standard applications; the LFO2-AL is optimised for higher concentrations, ranging from 0-95 per cent, and designed for energy efficiency with lower power consumption; and the LFO2-AH targets minimal oxygen levels, effectively measuring concentrations from 0-2 per cent.

Alphasense emphasizes several key benefits of adopting the LFO2 series.

The sensors are engineered for unmatched precision, ensuring reliable measurements across various oxygen ranges.

Enhanced durability is another highlight, as the new sensors are constructed with robust materials, promising extended performance even in the most demanding environments.

Energy efficiency is particularly showcased in the LFO2-AL sensor, catering to applications that prioritise low power consumption. Moreover, the LFO2-A1 model directly replaces legacy sensors, including the LFO2-A4, offering a seamless upgrade path for existing users.
