Infoblox appoints new CEO

Chief Executive Officer of Infoblox, Jesper Anderson has announced his retirement, with Scott Harrell appointed as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the Enterprise security company.

Anderson will continue to serve on the Board of Directors and support Harrell through the transition to his new role.

Anderson said: “My time at Infoblox will remain the highlight of my career, where we were able to disrupt the industry and offer solutions to our customers unmatched by any competitor.

I have incredible confidence in Scott and the executive leadership team to continue our mission to drastically simplify networking and security for our customers.”

Harrell has spent two decades in leadership roles at Cisco Systems and Intel. Prior to joining Infoblox he was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Cisco’s $20 billion Intent Based Networking  business unit.
