03 Nov Nemesysco appoints new COO for South Africa service centre

The Nemesysco service centre in South Africa has appointed Lelani Rautenbach as its new Chief Operating Officer.

The company hopes that the appointment will help grow opportunities for its voice analytics technology, as Rautenbach will be tasked with fostering growth and providing strategic vision on how customers can leverage the company’s technology. She is well equipped for the role, having previously worked in a large forensic service centre using Nemesysco’s investigation tools.

Rautenbach will be working alongside Guy van Damme, CEO, to expand the company’s footprint across larger continental Africa.
