OPSWAT has announced a new integration of its MetaDefender Storage Security™ solution with NetApp® ONTAP®, a move aimed at improving protection against file-borne threats across enterprise storage environments without disrupting existing workflows.

The collaboration embeds OPSWAT’s multi-layered security tools directly into NetApp’s widely used data management platform. This enables enterprises to detect and stop hidden malware, macro-based threats, data exfiltration risks and file vulnerabilities before they can reach critical systems or users. The integration supports on-premises, cloud and hybrid storage setups — offering flexibility for modern enterprise operations.
