OPSWAT has announced the opening of its new office in Riyadh, reinforcing its commitment to Saudi Arabia’s burgeoning cybersecurity market and alignment with the Kingdom’s digital transformation goals.

With the Saudi cybersecurity market expected to reach SAR 38.25 billion by 2026, OPSWAT aims to strengthen the Kingdom’s critical infrastructure.

“Saudi Arabia has become a cornerstone of OPSWAT’s growth in the Middle East,” said Sertan Selcuk, Vice President of METAP & CIS Region. “This local office enables us to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and enhance our contributions to the Kingdom’s digital future.”

Amjad Quteifan, Regional Sales Director, described the office’s opening as a ‘pivotal moment’ for OPSWAT, allowing better service for local customers and a stronger response to emerging cyber threats.

Having achieved remarkable four-fold year-on-year growth in Saudi Arabia, OPSWAT is now the company’s top contributor to its business in the MEA region.

Its Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) technology, which neutralises threats in files without compromising data integrity, is in high demand.

The new office will also focus on local talent development through OPSWAT Academy, offering certifications and training to meet the region’s unique cybersecurity needs.

This aligns with OPSWAT’s global SAR 37.5 million scholarship programme aimed at addressing the demand for accredited cybersecurity experts in Saudi Arabia.

The Riyadh office marks the start of OPSWAT’s long-term growth plans in the Kingdom, as it looks to expand its presence across critical infrastructure sectors and support Saudi Arabia’s cybersecurity initiatives.
