Qvantel’s partnership with SATEC Group to support Namibia’s digital transformation

Qvantel announced its contract with SATEC Group to provide Qvantel Flex BSS to Telecom Namibia.

The company will be supporting their digital transformation strategy, as Telecom Namibia continues to bolster Nambia’s digital transformation and digital inclusion.

The contract includes offering a fixed-mobile convergence to ensure a superior broadband experience for its customers.

SATEC Group will collaborate with Qvantel to deploy Qvantel Flex BSS across all services for consumer and business clients which will facilitate the introduction of new services such as content and ICT offers.

Dr. Stanley Shanapinda, CEO of Telecom Namibia said: “Implementing a single convergent BSS allows us to deliver the best experience to our customers by consolidating all service information onto one system. This enhances efficiency as we consolidate systems onto a single BSS, enabling us to grow the business by effectively bundling convergence offers with value-added digital services, thereby fostering digital transformation and increasing digital inclusion in Namibia.”
