LMPS to launch first 100% Moroccan cyber defence product

Moroccan cybersecurity company LMPS Group has announced it will launch the first 100% Moroccan cyber defence product for companies and public organisations.

The new product will be backed with artificial intelligence and work autonomously, as part of a new “Managed Detection & Response” (MDR) portfolio. The new product aims to help companies overcome the issue of shortage of skilled labor in cybersecurity. LMPS Group’s main goal is to open up access to cutting-edge technology and reduce Morocco’s dependence on outsourced digital solutions.

Founded in 2007, LMPS Group is the first pan-African cybersecurity firm with over 200 clients across 15 countries. The group has offices in both Morocco and France.

Amine Hilmi, CEO of LMPS Group, said: “We are happy to contribute, on our modest scale, to the development of national sovereignty at the digital level.

“We are convinced that LMPS will play a key role in raising user awareness and responding to the challenges of protecting data and the infrastructures of organisations through the use of the best global technologies in cybersecurity, now available in Morocco through LMPS.”
